It was only when my phone’s screensaver kept displaying photos I had taken of paths that I realised what an obsession I seemed to have with these shots.  What’s going on? 
Ok, maybe it’s about transition, or journeying, or looking ahead, or trying to reach somewhere different - or maybe they just make nice pictures!
